BENEFITS: Wind Defender provides a multi-faceted solution for many exposed geomembrane applications. Once deployed and tensioned, Wind Defender’s specialized warp and weft design creates a downward draft, securing the underlying geomembrane from uplift caused by wind. An additional benefit for the underlying geomembrane is protection from UV damage. If dust is a problem on-site, Wind Defender can also be employed as a standalone product that will keep dust secured.
